Become a member of the EVVC with your event location or benefit as an event planner from the advantages of an associate membership! You strengthen the industry with your membership in the EVVC.

Who?

You can use the benefits of joining the EVVC as a full or associate member:

Economical supporter or operators of municipal, sports and multi-purpose halls or similar facilities may apply for membership of the EVVC.

Individuals who are primarily engaged in the event industry but do not represent an active / potential event house or active / potential partner company can become an associate member of the European Association of Event Centers e.V. The associate membership in the EVVC for these persons is only possible through the recommendation by a full member.

Do you represent a company from the adjoining service environment of event locations? Then you are welcome as a partner in the EVVC!

Our membership fees

Operators of event locations:
The annual fee depends on the size of the facilities and currently amounts to:

Working Group (WG) I 900, - € p.a.
(up to 1.200 seats in the largest rentable room when using a row-seating set-up)

Working Group (WG) II 1.500, - € p.a.
(1.201 to 4.000 seats in the largest rentable room when using a row-seating set-up)

Working Group (WG) III 2,750.- € p.a.
(more than 4.000 seats in the largest rentable room when using a row-seating set-up)

A nonrecurring admission fee to the amount of the annual membership fee is charged.
The application can be made informal. The board decides on the admission.

Associate members:
The membership for associate members is free of charge.
